Let’s add a springboard tray (Tips & tricks)

- Always edit and rename EVERY new Action Tray you add to a layout, title and trayName.
- The “Title” of your target Action tray is what will show under your springboard icon, name it well and capitalise!
- Copy/Paste is your friend. When editing an object in layout mode you can copy/paste almost any configuration – iconStyle, shape, gradient and frame are your most common edits

Hi,
I just knwo how to close a springboard when you open another one.
Exemple you have 2 button, the first one open the contact, the other one the events. The 2 springboard are in full screensize, and when you click on contact, it close events and open contacts, and when you click events, it close contacts and open events … do you read me ??
Thanks,
Load and clear!
The key here is having the two springboard icons in the SAME tray. If [ ] is a tray and X is a springboard icon then…
[X] [X] — this means the pops open independently of each other.
[X X] — this means each time you open one springboard, the other one that launched from the same tray closes – so they ‘replace’ every time you open a springboard.
Sorry if that’s not clear. I’ll write up a full post on this today or tomorrow…
Lemon,
How do I get the animation transition that you got from your springboard? Ummm more clearly on the video when you click on the lower left corner action tray, the springboard pop out from the same corner and slowly expand and move to the upper right corner. My springboards just popped out instantly when I clicked my action trays. Hope you know what I’m talking about. Please and thank you.
